Kafi Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains all the privacy matters you may face when using our Kafi’s mobile application (the "App"), jointly the "Service", operated by Kafi team ("Kafi" or "we").

This Policy is an integral part of the Kafi’s Terms of Use (the "Terms") and incorporated by reference into them. Please read this Policy carefully and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us via customer service in the app.

Some services which may be employed by either Kafi or you to interact with the Services may have their own privacy rules (third-party privacy policies). Thus, if your personal data is processed by such services, such processing is governed by third-party privacy policies, not this present Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the our mobile applications, and the services provided through them, how such personal data will be processed.

By using our service/app, you promise us that you have read, understand and agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the app/service. In such case, you must delete your account and contact us and request deletion of your data; cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Apple (if you are using iOS) or Google (if you are using Android), any other app stores that may be available from time to time, or by us.

1. What information do we collect

We will folow the princiles of what is rightful, legal and necessary to colect and use the personal informalion that you voluntarily provide in the process of using our services or that is generated as a result of using our products and/or service for the following purposes as stated in this policy. If we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy or use the intommation that we have collected for other purposes based on a paricular purpose, we will notify you in a reasonable manner and seek your consent again before using it. In addition, we will control the frequency in which your data is read within a reasonable range.

1.1 Information you choose to provide

For certain activities, such as when you register, upload content to the Platform, contact us directly, you may provide some or all of the following information:

• Registration information, such as age, username and password, language, email,and social media account.

• Profile information, such as name, social media account information (including your nickname as its appears on your social media profile, your user ID and your profile image), and profile image.

• User-generated content, including comments, photographs that you choose to upload on the Platform ("User Content").

• Transaction information, such as such as transaction records and history, date, items, amounts.

• Information in correspondence you send to us

1.2 Information we collect when you use

Once you have created a profile and used our app, you may choose to edit your gender, birthday and other information, however, please note that these are not required and you have a choice.We may collect information related to when and how you used our Services. The collected information includes your IP, device information (model, system,MCC), timezone. And we also collect infomation about mobile operators, network information (5G\4G\3G\WIFI). That information helps us identify your physical location so that it can be displayed and shared with other users choosing to view "nearby" users and moments. We may from time to time allow our employees to use the product for testing and user engagement purposes.

When you use our Service, your position, microphone and phone camera shall be used upon your explicit authorization, the certain log file information shall be uploaded by yourself. All such information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

1.3 Information we obtain from other sources

We may receive the information described in this Policy from other sources, such as:

• Social Media: if you choose to link or sign up using your social network (such as Facebook, or Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your contact lists for these services and information relating to your use of the Platform in relation to these services, if you authorize and consent us to do so.

• Third-Party Services. We may collect information about you from third-party services, such as advertising partners, payment partners and analytics providers. However, please note that this Policy does not and will not extend, which shall be subject to the respective third-party’s privacy policies.

2. How we use your information

We will use your information to fulfill and enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use, to improve our Platform and customize your ad experience, we may use your information that we received to:

• Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in.

• Remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service.

• Provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include customized content, online ads or other forms of marketing.

• Provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service.

• Develop and test new products and features.

• Monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.

• Diagnose or fix technology problems, to fulfill requests for products, services, Platform functionality, support and information for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical, and survey purposes and to solicit your feedback.

• Automatically update the application on your device.

• Help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the Platform.

• Ensure that you are old enough to use the Platform (as required by law).

• May use material that you post on the open access areas of Kafi in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner products;

• Combine all the information we collect or receive about you for any of the foregoing purposes.

• For any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.

3. How we share your information

We are committed to maintaining your trust and personal information safety, we will not provide, disclose or share your personal information to or with any third parties unless we have obtained your consent or such provision, disclosure or sharing of personal information is permitted under applicable laws.

3.1 Service Providers and Business Partners

In cases where you use the services of our business partner or services provided by service providers, we may share the categories of personal information listed above with service providers and business partners to help us perform business operations and for business purposes, including research, payment processing and transaction fulfillment, database maintenance, administering special offers, technology services, deliveries, email deployment, advertising, analytics, measurement, data storage and hosting, disaster recovery, search engine optimization, marketing, and data processing.

3.2 Within Our Corporate Group

We may share your information with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate group for better service.We will take measures to have our group companies with which the personal information is shared comply with this Policy.

3.3 Succession of business

If there is any transaction between companies pertaining to our business to which this Policy is applicable, such as acquisition, merger or change of business entity, personal information may also be transferred to the successor of the business to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

3.4 For Legal Reasons

Kafi also wishes to maintain a healthy community, and we will cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights.

We may disclose your information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims, or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of Kafi, the Platform, our affiliates, users, or the public. We may also share your information to enforce any terms applicable to the Platform, to exercise or defend any legal claims, and comply with any applicable law in our discretion.

We will also cooperate with law enforcement enquiries from within or outside your country of residence. When we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law or when we, in our discretion, believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or those of third parties and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes pursuant to your consent or with your further direction.

If you access third-party services, such as Apple, Facebook, Google to login to the Platform or to share information about your usage on the Platform with others, these third-party services may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity on the Platform, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the Platform, in accordance with their privacy policies.

We may share aggregated information with such parties as Facebook that includes your personal information (but which doesn’t identify you directly), together with other information including log data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

Other users will have chance to check your information you post on the app. If you choose to engage in public activities on the Platform, You should be cautious to disclose personal information while engaging. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other Kafi users to know about you. And you should be aware that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users. But you can also choose to restrict visibility scope of your information in the "Settings" page.

4. Your Rights

You have certain rights around the use of your data, including the ability to opt-out of cookies, and the collection of your data by certain analytics providers. You can update or terminate your account from within our Services, and can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data. We want you to be in control of your information, so we have provided you with the following tools:

• Access / Update tools in the service: Tools and account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that’s associated with your account directly within the service.

• Device permissions: Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.

• Deletion: You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service.

We want you to be aware of your privacy rights. Here are a few key points to remember:

• Reviewing your information: Applicable privacy laws may give you the right to review the personal information we keep about you (depending on the jurisdiction, this may be called right of access, right of portability or variations of those terms). You can request a copy of your personal information by sending us a message via in-app customer service.

• Updating your information: If you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate or that we are no longer entitled to use it and want to request its rectification, deletion or object to its processing, please contact us via in-app customer service.

For your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer the above requests.

Keep in mind, we may reject requests for certain reasons, including if the request is unlawful or if it may infringe on trade secrets or intellectual property or the privacy of another user.

Also, we may not be able to accommodate certain requests to object to the processing of personal information, notably where such requests would not allow us to provide our service to you anymore.

Uninstall: You can stop all information collected by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.

5. Data Protection and Security

We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure. Your password is an important part of our security system, and it is your responsibility to protect it. You should not share your password with any third party, and if you believe your password or account has been compromised, you should change it immediately and contact our customer service with any concerns.

We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage, and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.

We may suspend your use of all or part of the Services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for virus protection outside our service network. We are also not responsible for the damage or destruction of user data. We will pursue every detected attack by hackers, etc. under civil law and, if necessary, by the prosecution.

We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help you get meaningful experience, this policy may change over time. We will notify you before any material changes take effect so that you have time to review the changes.
